When I expressed my disappointment, I was told well you could look elsewhere, but you will pay more. I am so glad I did. Found an agent who let me know that I can switch agents, and keep the same policy. Which is exactly what I did. Mr Dahler was always nice to deal with, but whomever took over (I think his name is Josh) should take a course on how to treat their clients.
