1 /5 Phyllis Woods: Monday morning, I called to get a quote for homeowners insurance. Tuesday afternoon, I called to check the status of the quote. They never started nor returned my call for the quote. The representative transferred me to Nancy. She asked me how much is my dwelling deductible, so I informed her no one called me to ask me any questions. Her response was we have been swamped with so many people calling, so I told her that’s not a good answer. Nancy was so unprofessional, disrespectful, and she is NOT customer service oriented. I won’t ever do business with Grubbs. I would not give them one star due to how they treat potential customers!!!
