She helped me out of a tough spot as I was about to get forced place coverage from my mortgage company. I recommend that if you need a great agent that you call her.

George Allen Anytime Ive had a question or concern, someone from the agency has gotten back to me that day or the next. In 2021, when I put a metal roof on the house, the agency handled being in touch with Citizens to amend my policy. Citizens was able to drop me without my having any say. The agency took the time to explain the situation. Ive been in my house over 20 years, with no claim needed to be filed, but I feel confident in dealing with Frank Perez, Allstate Insurance.

Mark DeSerio I chose the Green Insurance Agency to help me find the best Health insurance option for me after retirement. They were patient, professional and courteous. Mr. Green took his time to explain all of the best options available for me and helped me select the best option for me at this time. The customer service and the overall experience was outstanding. I would recommend them to anyone looking for insurance. Do not bother going anywhere else. They are the best!

It ended up being considerably more expensive than other quotes, but the agent that returned my call while working on my quote was completely up-front and honest about that, even recommending different agencies and advising which ones to avoid. Her name is Marcie and she was an absolute joy to speak to, and it made my day to have such great service, even though I was declining their product. That is extremely rare and deserves commendation, truly. She is a bright spot in a sometimes frustrating industry, and that is wonderful!
