5 /5 Shantel Turner: I was having the hardest time finding affordable policies for my home and cars. I was referred to this agency and spoke with Ann. She was able to give me pretty fast quotes and the whole process was easy to change my insurance with her. I saved a few hundred a year off of my home and auto policies and ended up with better coverage! The service was professional, friendly and efficient. Id highly recommend this agency to anyone looking to save some money or just get a better quality policy.

1 /5 APP ROMAN: I had homeowner insurance policy with Ann Toms for 5 years. Always had to contact her office for renewal. 2022 I was tied up with something and forgot. Her office contacted me after police expired. It was still within the grace period. They took the credit card and said they would send me cc transaction details. Never did. several days later, I reviewed my cc statement and found no charge. Meanwhile, I received a letter from insurance company to cancel my policy and they didnt reinstate it. I immediately contacted Anns office and it took them two days to notify me they could not find any insurance company to write policy. I went out and within one day, I found two companies that would write policy for me. Cons: poor to no service. you have to stay on top of everything. They were not proactive providing information. High turnover rate. Her assistant changed all the time. That was part of reasons why service was poor. Pros: Nice attitude that didnt do anything to me.

5 /5 Bryan Gutierrez: I was a walk-in to get a quote for auto insurance on 8/10/16 and would gladly recommend. I came in after reading the good reviews and knowing that insurance brokers, as opposed to solo-shopping online, was the best way to get the best deal as the brokers know all the best tips and tricks. The service was quick, comfortable, 1-on-1 and patient. Very friendly and all efforts were made to seek the best deal on the insurance. Very knowledgeable and reliable from what I could see, they say they have been working for 30+ years and it shows. Office was very nice. Parking is a little tricky since its Haile Plantation, but I didnt have too much trouble that day. Would highly recommend!
