No Issues , no Concerns...Then along came HURRICANE IRMA, a catastrophe? yes! in my mind several people worse off than me ,....so i thought i was being considerate not reaching out to my agent , assuming he had a tremendous amount of clients calling, so i called directly to the carrier.....and so began a horrible frustrating experience......months went by ....i decided to pick up the phone and call MY AGENT at LEE COUNTY INSURANCE....basically my issues were resolved in two weeks......Thank you LEE COUNTY INSURANCE for offering The Personal Touch!

1 /5 Lorena Kelly: Nate is the worst customer service representative. Not only he is rude, he is negative and acted as we needed him. I will never, ever, refer anyone to this company based on Nates behavior. He is extremely disrespectful with his nasty attitude. My advise to anyone looking for insurance, dont waist your time with this company. I see you responded. I will NEVER recommend your company. You protecting a rude person is definitely unacceptable. Now more reason to never recommend Lee County Insurance. You have lost, not 1 but many customers based on the reviews Nate keeps on getting.
