As the difficulty in navigating Floridas insurance options seems to be getting harder, not easier, I decided to install a new metal roof on my home. Prior to going forward, I reached out to my agent, Amanda Weber, to inquire what, if any, savings there would be with an updated roof. She immediately got back to me and advised that there would, in fact, be a significant reduction in my premium. She further advised what documentation would be required to prove the work had been done. Our roof replacement was completed (ahead of schedule) and the appropriate items were forwarded to Amanda. She clearly acted immediately on it as within 3 days, I had confirmation of my new policy rate at a 16% reduction. In a time when customer service is sometimes difficult to obtain, it is refreshing when someone like Amanda is so responsive and gets results.
