I’m not from a small town like Tallahassee and normally the small town ways here get on my nerves, but it’s really nice having a person I can reach out to versus a hotline I have to sit on hold for. He’s responsive and quick to accomplish whatever needs doing. I highly recommend him!

Brenda Williams I have been working with Arrington Ins for several years now, when Arrington/Kim was highly recommended to give them a try. She is the only ins agent that I have ever worked with that has been so patient, honest, professional and helpful. She will explain everything in detail so I clearly understand, always makes me feel comfortable. Customer Service is her middle name. Even when she cant do anything to help, she still goes the distance. I feel bad always bugging her, but she has NEVER been anything but professional, kind and geniune.
