As I presumed from the call, very personable, professional and knowledgeable. I did everything over the phone with him since his office is almost 5 hours away from where I live and truly the easiest transition. I would recommend them to anyone anytime!! We were very very impressed by him and his wife. We made an appointment to go and see him in his office to talk further, he completely wowed us with his knowledge and expertise on the insurance field. We went over everything that we needed and he asked a lot of questions of what we did need and what was important and what we could do without. Come to find out we got everything that we needed.
