After receiving a quote and paying the premium, I was bombarded with additional questionnaires and requests for photos—while I was on vacation. When I tried to get clarification, my agent was unresponsive and unable to answer my questions because she had never written a policy with this company before. Despite multiple follow-up calls and promises to return my calls with answers, I never received a response. The agent later claimed to have called me back, but my phone records show no such attempts.
