Shelley Phillips I have been using Jamie and her team for several years. They are all so knowledgeable and explain why I need or dont need certain coverage. They have saved me money by being able to search for the best coverage for me and my family. When my insurance jumped dramatically they found me another carrier and saved me hundreds of dollars and that helps when you have young drivers in your home. Douglas Tillman I’ve been using Hayward Brown for years. I don’t typically leave reviews unless someone goes above and beyond. Annette is my agent ( or liaison ) with Hayward Brown and at renewal time for my auto policy she noticed that I was paying what we thought was too high of an amount. Not only did she get me a better rate but she also got me better coverage. On top of that ; with the new policy I incurred a cost that I was unaware of. Annette felt that the charge was unreasonable and took the issue up the chain of command and as a result, Hayward Brown covered the cost. Unbelievable customer service. Above and beyond.
