Dzindzi A. My experience with Brooke today was AMAZING and far exceeded my expectations for an insurance inquiry customer service call. I typically expect to spend upwards of an hour on the phone nowadays problem solving anything customer service related and I never expect to get an actual human on the phone at first. Brooke was SUPER informative. She literally answered questions before I could ask them and was two steps ahead in helping me with what I needed. I had literally zero questions at the end of our chat and was at a loss for words (in the BEST way) with how the call went. Thank you for being a wealth of knowledge, helpful, and so incredibly kind.

Joshua Reynolds I have been a long time client of Alliance for my auto insurance needs and have been very happy with the level of service, responsiveness and price. Recently switched my homeowners and with all the changes and volatility in the market they delivered a more than fair quote. Said provider tried to make adjustments to the policy resulting in an increase well above the quote 60 days into the policy. Kristine Slayton Kathy has been my insurance agent for all of my adult life. She has helped us with vehicles and homes, helping us to navigate what’s best for our family in our various stages of growth. Most recently she was my lifeline when I was pulled over by police and informed that my license was suspended due to an insurance matter.
