Anissa I want to give props to Linda for expeditiously taking care of an issue with my homeowners policy. I received a cancellation letter over the weekend and of course, I was distressed and baffled because the underwriting reason made no sense. I went to Filichia first thing on Monday morning and after reviewing the photos, it was determined that the problem was not for my property, but my neighbors. Linda called the insurance company and within 5 minutes it was resolved. Woo-hoo, I walked out a very happy customer with a letter of reinstatement in hand.
