Logan Ardrey At the end of the day I forgot insurance is a business. I filed a claim and they some how managed to make my situation worse so they could save a few dollars. Needless to say I will never be working with progressive again.

Steph Antoine was the absolute best and i genuinely enjoyed speaking with him. Often I feel overwhelmed when dealing with people from direct sales but he explained everything very clearly and helped my family find a policy to best fit my family and budget. I never felt pressured into anything nor did he mislead me into coverage i didn’t need. i would recommend Antoine any day for your insurance needs.

After canceling my policy (bc my car broke down) then needing insurance again (bc I got a car again), sam was able to get me a policy that was cheaper than what I was paying before! He was very patient and polite and he also explained everything very well. Its always a good day when getting off the phone with insurance ppl and not have a bit of aggravation.
