I called a little before 5 pm today and needed to cancel coverage on one car and add a new car due to a new purchase. Rachael was very thorough and went above and beyond to take care of my needs even though the call went past 5 pm. She is a definite asset to your business. Thank you for the great service!!

5 /5 TIFFANY BROCK: My sister called me yesterday demanding me to call Nate, "From State Farm" lol she said he saved her and her husband almost $1k a month on all their cars auto insurance. After thinking about it for a while, I finally emailed him because I was at work and didnt have the time sit on the phone answering a million and one questions like youd normally have to do with a company. I included all my car info and my basic info, he then called me within an hour and had 90% of the quote worked up. This guy saved me $40 a month, and I now have better insurance then before with Geico. He included my roadside assistance that I wanted to keep, car rental but my allowance increased from $25 a day to $100 a day and he also included a medical accident policy, meaning if i end up having to go to the ER for an injury...State Farm is going to pay me $250!!! Nate, "From Sate Farm" is that guy folks. Give this man a call or email! My sister, my mother and myself are now State Farm Policy Holders!!! Couldnt be more happier with our choice

Yesterday, without an appointment, I stopped in to see my agent Casey - well aware that without an appointment, I dont expect to be able to speak to him directly. I simply wanted to personally say I was grateful for my insurance and the fact that I had control over the cost of it using the Drive Safe & Save app. (This is a great concept!!) Thank you, Casey, for immediately jumping up to help. You gave me valuable information about the app and the way it works ... as well as answered a slew of general insurance questions I had. Glad for this friendly and efficient office. I thought it was time to give a compliment. Thank you Casey for all the help youve given me...
