5 /5 Matt Kessenich: Im one of those people who likes to think they know better. Ive always gone direct, usually on the internet, for my insurance and thought I had everything covered. I was finally convinced to talk to an Agent and found this agency to have them review my situation. And, well, NEVER will I try to do it myself again. They were able to professionally and honestly evaluate what I had right, and at good prices, and what I missed. My new package has me infinitely better covered and I am even SAVING money. Im a lifer with this agency, cant say enough. Be sure to have them evaluate your current situation, even if you think its OK, I bet youll be surprised!

1 /5 Matthew Dixon: I have been doing business with Great Florida Insurance-Bee Everette since 2019. My experience has been great, up until this year. I contacted their office seeking Business Liability insurance for my small marine business. Their price was competitive, so I decided to go with them. About a month later, I was sent 70 pages of unrealistic limitations that I was never notified about. As I scramble to find a solution fast, the communication with my insurance agent went downhill. Multiple emails had to be sent to get a response. I immediately reached out looking for a solution, where she reached out to the carrier “searching” for a solution. Weeks go by without finding a solution (at this point, this is effecting my day to day operation). My agent was unable to offer a solution, and I contacted another brokerage who was able to find me a better solution that fit my business at a better price. My advice if you are looking for any type of “speciality” insurance, seek a brokerage that specializes in that type of insurance. You are better off avoiding this brokerage, and going directly to a carrier. I am still awaiting a full refund for the useless policy they sold me.

5 /5 Margaret ferraro: Great Florida Ins. has been my insurance Agent for almost 10 years, have had various types of policies, as this crazy world, esp. insurance Providers (not their Agents with whom we policyholders transact our ins. needs) with Providers increasing our premiums thru our Agents, etc. Policyholders have questions; and, the staff at Great Florida have always "been there for me" and patient with my questions and concerns all these years.
