1 /5 nicole cardella: I’m truly disappointed with how my case was handled at this location, especially by Jovanny, who was the main person assigned to it. Communication was poor from the beginning. Initially, my car sat at the dealership for over a week without any clear explanation or contact with the technician. What should have been a minor issue ended up taking more than three months to fix—largely due to slow and unresponsive action from Progressive.
Throughout the process, I asked multiple times for help securing a rental car and was repeatedly told they couldn’t assist me. Adding to my frustration, over $3,000 in repairs were not covered, and I was never given a proper explanation as to why. Jovanny made those decisions independently and couldn’t justify them when I asked. It felt arbitrary and careless.
As a long-time Progressive customer with no prior claims, I expected to be treated with some level of care and professionalism. Instead, I felt completely ignored and unsupported. I cannot recommend this company—especially this location—to anyone based on my experience.
