He told me he would touch bases again with me that following Tuesday and sure enough he was very punctual had all of my information ready to go and set me up with my auto insurance within 15 minutes. Excellent customer service and one satisfied customer!!

5 /5 Nicole Anderson: After 2 years with them my Mary moved on to better opportunities, Ill miss her, but I now get to work with Joshua, and when I called him to discuss my financial strain, he looked into a different way for me to keep myself insured, he ended up saving me money and set me up with a new carrier that costs me 80 bucks less a month! Not only was Joshua listening to me, he responded with care and put in the time and effort to get me going. He was even excited for me to save money and find such a low monthly rate. Even though Ill miss talking to Mary, Im so grateful to have Joshua take over, hes an honest person and that is a rare quality to have nowadays. So lucky to have another awesome person to take care of me!
