5 /5 Pamela Cargo: Kelly Richards State Farm Agency was a huge help to me when I was trying to get coverage for my elderly mother’s car. Haley worked with me through countless emails to get things set up in the best way for my mom’s circumstances. She patiently answered all my questions and concerns. Then we had to deal with the loss of my mother’s car after Ian. I anticipated many hassles to go through, but things went seamlessly. I also thank Kelly and her team as they advised me on the most cost effective way to insure the car after my mom’s passing so that we still had coverage in case of fire, flood, or theft until we were able to sell her car. State Farm has been a good company to deal with, although I do believe it is the local agents that keep things running smoothly for customers.

1 /5 Afshin Khaiser: have been a loyal State Farm customer for approximately 30 years. After relocating to Naples, FL, I was approached by this agent to manage my policies. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. The office has repeatedly failed to properly cancel coverages, resulting in overcharges and unnecessary complications when attempting to recover the funds. In some cases, clearly canceled policies were reinstated, leading to additional charges. Unless you have the time and patience to constantly monitor your account, I would strongly recommend seeking a different agent. 0/10
