Carter Abrasives This place came highly recommended by family, who has been coming here for years. I went in too have some custom work and restoration of family ring to repurpose for my proposal. I was initially nervous about how this all works. But, Adrian was absolutely helpful and made this a breeze. He is knowledgeable, professional, and has a genuine personality that made this decision easy. They finished the work well within what I expected. The ring is absolutely perfect. Very willing to work with their customers without pressuring you to buy, while also ensuring youre getting the best quality for the price paid. Ended up selling a couple rings and also got a very fair price for them. Looking forward to buying from them in the future.

Mary Ellen I have wanted to shop in this store for years and finally did. Wonderful environment felt upon walking in. Greeted by Kristal and her fur baby friend. No pressure to buy just allows you to shop and ask questions to lead you in the right direction of the perfect selections. There was a very large amount of variety and I appreciated the little baskets for your selections, as they were very handy. We loved it here and have told family and friends about it and plan to return for more shopping adventures. Great store for downtown and a must stop and see.

Kristy My husband I werent looking to buy a ring or upgrade my current one. As a joke I wanted to stop in and see their clearance jewelry because I love a good sale. The sales associate Ileane was so great! She showed us ring styles that I liked but my husband had one picked out quickly. I was stubborn and needed to see multiple ones before going back to my husbands original choice. No pressure from the staff as we left the store then came back 15 minutes later after discussing it. I cant thank Ileane enough for the no pressure and hassle free environment and for making the upgrade to my wedding ring so easy.

Angie Roberts We had a wonderful experience at this shop. Pam was great, served us rum punch and showed us all the unique items in the shop. We ended up purchasing the Inis body lotion and body butter after sampling, this trip, but plan on stopping in again to get some more treasures.

Carmen Turner I cannot rave enough about this place and the service I received. Jim was fantastic. So professional and so great at what he does. I needed my engagement ring resized substantially. It is an old family heirloom and the extremely thin band had already been expanded before. I needed to have the platinum shank replaced completely, which he gave me an excellent price for. Some of the diamonds fell out during the process and he took the time to meticulously place them back in securely and make sure that none of the others were going to fall out as well. Wow. When I tell you it is like night and day. My ring looks absolutely incredible and fits perfectly. I am so happy.

Janet Ashe Brian and Nicole did a home visit today. I had many items from many different categories. They are very knowledgeable in so many areas and are very pleasant to work with. They take the time to educate the seller and treat you with respect. I felt I received a fair price for my items and items they were not interested they still took the time to explain why.
