Wilson, which I believe is the owner or manager is extremely knowledgeable, honest and fair. They have a great selection of gold, watches, bracelets, earrings and more. Best prices in central Florida. I went in on Monday at noon, agreed to get a custom piece added to my charm. In just under a couple of hours the piece was ready and looked better than I expected it. Will definitely be doing business again soon.

I was hesitant about the piercing I was getting, but Moss was very knowledgeable and talked me through the different jewelry options so that I would be satisfied with the result. They were very kind and explained every step thoroughly so that I was prepared for my piercing, which I now love! The shop overall has a comfortable atmosphere, and was very clean. I was helped almost immediately when I walked in. Highly recommend!

I came in to switch out my defective item before the years warranty was up and she gave me such a hard time on such a easy fix. The other associates in the store were sweet but She needs a total evaluation. I will not be coming back here! It has changed completely over the last year and not in a good way!
