Most were inept and lacked communication skills (didnt know what they were doing and NEVER returned your call). Then we found Jill. 1 /5 Sharon Haines: We have been with this agency for many years. We asked Joseph Todd, Senior Sales Agent, if it would save us money getting a "third nail" for our roof. He said yes it would save us about $616. He recommended a company, Maximum Solutions, to put in the third nail. We paid $950 for the work. Therefore, we figured it would pay for itself in one and a half years. We received a check later from Allstate for $71.07 with no explanation on what the credit was for. I called Jill Wedeles office and spoke with Debbie. She said the check was our savings for putting in the third nail. I said we were told we would save about $616 by Joseph Todd. Debbie said she never recommends getting a third nail because the cost vs. savings was not worth it. Well, it was one of your fellow employees who told us it was worth it and we went on that recommendation since you are our agent. So, I feel we were mislead by the agency that we trusted for many year and are now out $405.07
