1 /5 Andie Anderson: This is the absolute worst company I have had the displeasure of dealing with. They had 2 attempts at handling our insurance. I have been in business for over 20 years and never had any issue. The first attempt we dealt with lies and pure laziness. I pulled from them and went to another company. No issues with the new company until AWA took over for them. Again we dealt with lies, laziness and complete incompetence. Our liability policy jumped from $800 a year to $4400. After a lot of work the agent signed us up for a policy for $1900. It got canceled 2 weeks into it. Not surprised the only other option was the $4400 policy that I refused to go with. We did find a competent agent with another firm who got us a policy for $1700. It was quick, easy and done in a day. I will never deal with AWA again. Too bad I have to give at least one star.
