George Zimmer I began to shop for homeowners insurance with no idea of where to go. Somewhere in the process I had a conversation with Josalene who was friendly and responded quickly. Once I gathered my information I was then put in touch with Ashley who was a total pleasure to work with. She was also very friendly, super responsive and knowledgeable. I soon dropped all the other agents to work exclusively with Ashley because I trusted that she would represent my interests and she did. South Shore, in my experience, is the kind of agency that earns your business with prompt, pleasant and efficient service. Ashley is the best. I might add, there are no voice mail prompts no referrals to websites and forms. They answer the phone on the first two rings and get to work. Love it.

I walked in off the street and Vanessa Williams sat me down and had everything rolling in no time. In a day or two she had my homeowners policy set to go and helped me link an auto policy with it. Stephen Joseph Kantor Angie Hearl at Doug Croley, Gets my five star rating. Angie has been my go to person for all my insurance needs for the past eight years now. She’s extremely knowledgeable, and responsive to Questions I might have. Whenever I’ve called their office after hours, I always get a call back in record time from Angie, or At least someone from the Doug Crowley office to let me know they’re working on whatever I might need at that time. Now I don’t know how she does it, but I’ve compared side-by-side policies with other insurance carriers, and Angie has always come through for me, saving me thousands of dollars over the past eight years. Full exclosure, fortunately for me I haven’t had to make a claim, so I can’t speak about my experience there, but as far as finding an Insurance agent that is knowledgeable, hard-working, and there for you when you need them. I’m confident you won’t be sorry you called them.
