Maddy Bird Kat was super helpful and easy to speak to, and made picking a plan far less overwhelming. I had spent the day shopping around for the best rate and felt like people were throwing numbers at me but explaining nothing. Kat was very straightforward in explaining the different policy - things- such that I cant say I understand insurance any more than I did before but I at least felt confident I was making the right choice going with StateFarm and the personal policy she worked out for me. From the initial phone contact with Amanda to the finalization of your policy by Dina, followed by the subsequent addition of your golf cart by Julianna and the successful transfer of your sons coverage by Angela, the interactions have consistently demonstrated respect and genuine care. This level of service is uncommon, yet undeniably present. While we have not previously submitted a review, their exceptional performance warrants this acknowledgment.

She went out of her way to help us get the right insurance for our needs and was so patient while answering very thoroughly the many, many questions we asked her. She did not try to make us buy a policy. I like that. I hate being pressured by sales people. Renee isnt like that.
