If he feels you would benefit from a switch in plans he will explain and compare your options very thoroughly. Heather is professional and very sweet. She is good at her job and you can tell she loves what she does. She is fast and efficient when it comes to answering your questions or getting information back to you. Excellent office.

Fast forward when it became time Heather provided all of the details needed to start the Part B application online and when the time was appropriate she contacted us again to set an appointment.
