1 /5 Tom Werner: I’ve been with HUB and Travlers for over 30 years. On Dec 9, I emailed my agent details of a new car to be added to the policy. Days went by , nothing. I tried to call, went to voicemail. Spoke with another agent on Dec 12, forwarded the email which had all the information. She assured me it would be processed. It wasn’t. Today , Dec 31 , I called Travlers and it wasn’t added. Travlers took care of everything, unlike HUB. Very disappointed in the service. And lack of! No reply to my email stating I contacted Travlers and they did it. Nothing.

2 /5 David Keyes: After 15 years with the company, the last of my 4 sons (age 20) had a small fender bender for which he was not cited and no claim was made on our car because there was only slight cosmetic damage. After the accident, we sold another one of our 4 vehicles, so we reduced our number of vehicles covered. At renewal, the premium for the car involved in the accident went from $1,080 to $3,226. Yes, thats over 300%. So now, with one less car, were paying almost $900 more. When I called the agent responsible for auto insurance (different from the 2 people I had worked with over the last 15 years), she could not explain the exact nature of the increases, nor how much was due to the accident (which, again, may not have cost them anything as far as I know?), nor was she inclined to help me find out. I felt like the response was, "Yeah, tough luck", even though she said if HER premiums had gone up that high, she would have complained, too. Added to this frustration is that theyre still working from home (while Florida is in stage 2 of COVID-19 re-opening), and their phone system does not allow you to call an individual if you dont know their last name. Meanwhile, their website offers a directory, but only of locations, not of departments or people at any given location. I dont like to make changes, especially after 15 years, but theyre not making it easy. I already had a lower quote from another company when I called them, but I wanted to give them another chance. I guess that chance was missed, sadly.
