B Victory Wandered in here on our vacation. Lots of awesome crystals and things, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were just browsing, but one of the workers struck up conversation with us while I was looking at the animal carvings. I found a nice tigers eye cat, and that was going to be it for me I thought it was the only cat. The gentleman chatting with us ended up going on a grand hunt with me and found me a malachite cat as well, and then I happened upon a lion carving which he showed me its fluorescent when exposed to blacklight. I purchased all three. I really enjoyed our experience at this store, and I wish I would have gotten the mans name, he was awesome and deserved recognition for taking the time to be so helpful. Usually when we go into a store like this, were ignored. Was not my experience, here. Very helpful staff and the guy working 6/17 deserves a raise!

Timothy Hill Kingsmark Jewelers took a fixed a ring that I’ve had for over 15 years. It lost a 10pt diamond 2 years ago and they were able to match up the shape of a replacement diamond, repair it so anll the other diamonds were tight and secure and returned it to me looking better than new! Had over to The Avenues Mall and visit Kingsmark Jewelers they are true craftsmen and their customer care is top notch! They easily deserve a 5 star rating!!!

D Winship My first experience with Gold In Art Jewelers was a few years ago with a purchase of earrings for my wife. Theyre beautiful and she loves them. Like so many items at Gold In Art, theyre unique. While you can find nice things at the big name stores, its hard to find one-of-a-kind works of art as you can, always, at Gold In Art. The knowledge, experience, and welcoming ways are what you can expect upon every visit. More recently, my daughters delicate gold necklace, a sentimental piece, broke while in Brazil. I brought it to Gold In Art for the repair and while I expected it to be well-done, I didnt expect that the repair would be nearly impossible to find! Also, if you’re looking to have an item appraised, I can now say that they are accurate and timely. Before you spend time and money at the big stores, try Gold In Art Jewelers in Mount Dora and get kind, professional treatment, and you just may find the unique jewelry you or your loved one always wanted.

I would strongly recommend paying with cash here and not card; I paid with card as a card-present transaction, and the staff proceeded to write down the CVV2 code for their records, which is highly atypical for contactless transactions, and violates Visas conditions to not request a Card Verification Value 2 (CVV2) from the Cardholder for a Card-Present Environment Transaction (5.4.3.1). Pricing on chains was reasonable enough, and they had a decent selection, even in larger sizes.
