We have been saving for months to trade in an engagement ring during their trade-in event. We had a financial setback and was going to miss the trade-in event by three weeks. We called the store and spoke to Rebecca, the general manager. She truly listened to our situation and promised to honor the trade-in past the event end date. We just went in the store today and I cannot stop raving about Rebecca and how efficient and patient she was with us. We were able to leave the store with three new rings, below the price we personally expected. Rebecca made this possible. We thank her and this store for joining us on our journey to happiness.
