Elizabeth Brown Ive been with Allstate less than a week and I dont really like to review a service or company before fully experiencing what it has to offer, but I did want to jump on to give five stars for Briana Johnson. I had been with my previous car insurance company for 11 years but vehicle changes caused my rates to go way up so I decided to shop around and someone gave me Brianas card. Im glad they did! She made the whole process super smooth and her awesome personality shines through her exceptional customer service. And most importantly, she was able to get me a way better rate than my previous company did!

After obtaining my 4-Point inspection and Wind mitigation report, Scott was able to provide us with same coverage for 60% less than out current policy. He provided honest, through customer service.
