Taylor Young 3 stars only cause Im not a fan of Truist as a branch of banking. However. Im fairly pleased with this specific one. Not sure why everyone is slandering Keith. Went in there to change a few things and get access to my mobile account and he was very helpful, polite, and even explained things when I didnt quite understand. Overall satisfied here where as Im left disappointed at most other Truists

Kat I called to verify that I had the right business listed on Google Maps, but instead of confirming the name, the man who answered started questioning me and asking for my name and location. I gave him my name, but he still refused to confirm the business and then hung up on me saying he was not interested. Why advertise yourself as a business on Google Maps if you are going to treat people like that? He should be reported and removed so others who are actually conducting business professionally can be listed instead. If this is how they treat potential clients, I would be very concerned about trusting them with anything financial.
