Asheleigh Mulkey We just recently switched to this local credit union after being with a big branch bank for years. I regret that we didn’t switch sooner!! The service we have received has been phenomenal! Every time we walk in, no matter what teller is at the desk, they greet me by name before I even tell them any info. They respond to messages within minutes and are always so nice. The personal touches they provide is something a big branch bank could never provide. I’m so glad we decided to go with them and I just know we’ll be lifelong customers now!

Micheall Thomas I went to the Keys Federal Credit Union branch in Stock Island and had such a pleasant experience. The teller Frankie was so nice and helpful. Im handicap and she opened the door for me coming in and going out. She was so polite and friendly. I told her what I needed to do and she directed me to Ms. Rubi who also was friendly and polite. Rubi answered all my questions and was so sufficient. Before I knew it my business was complete. All with a smile.

Abby Cruz I’ve been filing with Marvin for 3 years Now and he is the best ! I was worried I wouldn’t be able to file with him this year as I moved out of state but I put all my info into the link he sent me and within an hour I got a call back saying I was good to go he also got me approved for an advance which I received the next day. Definitely recommend!

Jeff J. Overall good bank, the only thing I dislike about it is the ATM. No drive thru ATM means I have the option to either brave crossing main Street like Im fording the river at the end of Oregon trail, dodging Toyota Tacomas, or park close to it in the "No parking zone" so I have a quick getaway in case someone wants to hold me at knifepoint for the $14.76 that I have in the bank.
