1 /5 Karisha Monique Kennon: These people will tell you what they cant do when in all actuality they can. Called and canceled ALL my scheduled autopays and they said they couldnt cancel the one for today and funny thing is the payment didnt process until hours after I called. Ive worked in a financial institution so I know if a payment is needing to be canceled it could be if the person wanted to cancel it. Thankful to be done with this here soon.

1 /5 Jennifer Ledford: I consolidated my loans with my car loan. I owed 13000 on my car loan and 8 thousand on my credit cards. The total loan consolidation was 21000. My car was totaled in an accident. The insurance company sent the check of 22000 to One Main. One main used the money to pay off my total loan balance leaving me with nothing to buy a new car. I now have no money to buy a car. The manager at One main refused to listen to me and hung up. I called corporate but the girly who answered the phone laughed at me and told me, Well, thats how it works! and laughed. Now Im stuck without a car.

5 /5 Amanda: I cant say enough good things about Ms. Ruth! Her customer service is top notch; professional, knowledgeable, and kind! Its truly been a pleasure during a hard time in my life. If you need a loan, I highly recommend this location because they take great care of you!

1 /5 Kris Brossoit: This place is a mess. No one has the same answer for 1 question, the manager doesn’t even know what’s going on. I had some unexpected cost come up and needed 4 extra days to pay. I called and asked if I could change the due date and push it back a couple days and she told me they don’t do that. I told her, yes they do, I’ve done it once before. She then kept arguing that’s never been an option there. 5 second google search proves her wrong. They really need to train their employees better if the manager doesn’t know how things are done. Not only does she not know their policy but she never even tried to offer alternatives. I can’t wait to be done with this place.
