Katie Robinson Crestviews PenAir Credit Union is located across from Winn-Dixie and centered between Publix and Autozone. This location had its soft opening last week. Their grand opening is 4 October. There is a coin center on the right, 2 atms on the left. In the middle is the reception area and a tablet to request assistance. Beyond the reception area is the customer education area and offices. Outside, around the back of the building is 2 drive thru lanes with atms. This is handicap wheelchair accessible business with two handicap parking spots in the front. I went in last week to get assistance with my online account. I was happily surprised at how easily I was able finish the setup. The ladies were friendly, cheerful and knowledgeable. This business definitely will be an asset to the community.

Red Flag All I have to say is GREAT SERVICE, GREAT SERVICE EVER!! I never received that kind of service in any banks. I came in late to open an account. "Lisa" was TOP notch for providing the service. She was very happy to provide the service even though it was time for her to leave. This kind of FANTASTIC service needs to be provided everywhere.
