1 /5 Seguinea Stewart: Candace and Ryan were terrible ! especially candace i went in for a cash advance which ive done a few times by the help of Ryan with NO issues and was denied by candace after being able to verify everything on my account because my signature didn’t match what was on my ID from the time i was 17. i never had an issue or was told about this issue until today as she stated “there were no changes made to the policy” & “maybe ryan made a mistake in doing the advance” after doing several ?? this felt like a disguise to tell me a no, without trying to help me or ask me any further questions i put the pin in for my debit card and was asked my phone number and still nothing but rude employees 0/10.

4 /5 amy m: I always go inside for my transactions and have found the tellers friendly and helpful. Its rare that I have to wait very long to be seen. The rare times that I have needed customer service, the person helping me was also very helpful. I needed a document stamped with a specific stamp and they were able to help. TD bank is very convenient with hours also being open 7 days a week. When I moved from up north I didnt have to change my bank. This was fantastic. Its really an all service bank.

1 /5 Michael McDonald: I will say Ryan was okay but for some reason his manager took it upon herself(wether he asked or not idk) to turn me away after another bank was able to do the same thing less than 1hr or two before also she straight ignored me and two other people who were ahead of me. I try not to come here for the way they treat people. Look at the rating. And best believe if youre a POC you will get hella weird looks and different treatment. Update: Its funny I went to another bank after this and they helped me. Hmmmm am I baiting or did they not want to help me. (Store had 3 customers to 7 employees so not too busy) Switching branches. Takes nothing to be a decent human being.

5 /5 Kiara Digiovanni: Vidal was amazing taking care of us soon as we walked in, he was very attentive to all of our needs we had a horrible experience previously in a very known bank and we walked out so quickly!!! Not here at TD they listen to what kind of account you need as a personal and business level. I really appreciate knowing my money is safe with this bank. I do want to add that having the right person to help with this process opening new accounts is stressful Vidal did everything so smoothly and it wasn’t so stiff it was all done professionally and gracefully done
