They let you sit there for way too long for simple matters.And let other people walk around you when youre in line for the next manager. I would never trust these people to handle my matters Big or small. Low class people in my opinion

1 /5 Paolo Gonzalez: 0 stars for this Bank. Stay away from BB&T/Truist Bank. If you thought this financial institution is good, you’re definitely wrong 100%. Very bad experience with this bank. An account was open, and he closed it for no reason after 24 to 48 hours. Went to the bank at least 4 times. Made a deposit in 2014, 24 hours later they closed it and asked me to come pick it up. They refused to tell me exactly what was the reason for closing it. There’s nothing in the Chex System at all. And you would think that because SunTrust & BB&T merged, That it will get better, nope, wrong answer. It got worse. Worser than you can even imagine. And there’s more to it than it meets the odds. Stay away from BB&T/Truist Bank. You’re only going to become another victim of opening up an account, and having it closed for no reason. To be advised. Stay away from this company. Don’t even do any loans with this company. In October 2022, my best friend grandparents were denied opening an account with this financial institution as well, nothing bad on their credit and even if you don’t have any negative item in the Chex system, they’ll still close customers accounts. Nothing in the Chex System with me and definitely nothing with my best friend grandparents. I went to the Truist Bank, the employee called someone deep on the inside, And on the phone, While I was sitting at his desk and I heard the person on the phone ask the employee, What clothes is the customer wearing. Really? The customer appearance is important at a bank? They’re this discriminative and judge mental?? The answer is, yes. Yikes! And the Asian employee to the other corporate specialized team personnel on the phone, said that the customer is wearing plain clothes. So yes, this financial institution will close your account, Just because of your appearance. To be advised. Stay away from this company. Don’t even do any loans with this company. Worst financial Institution(BANK) EVER!!!!!

1 /5 The Cutting Edge Signs & Graphics: This branch is awful. Always understaffed, and you will wait 20-30min just to make a deposit. Since the banks merged now, they charge you 2.00 per night deposit. The website only works half the time and when it does work you have to login 2-3 time just to do any online banking. Truly a terrible bank. I really need to find a better commercial bank.
