1 /5 Megan Willoughby: I would like to leave a negative star like a zero this is absolutely the worst bank I’ve ever banked with. It has been nothing but problems and nothing but people that you cannot understand on the phone what is happening to American banks?

1 /5 fabrizio galante: Very unprofessional and careless to their clients. Last week I deposited two checks and paid a service at the same time. The teller girl was talking with her colleague regarding personal things while she was serving me, she was continually distracted about her personal reasons. Moreover, quite often you can see food on the other side of the desk which does not comply for a professional bank. The day after my account had a serious issue as a big amount of money was lost in the system, it came back in the checking account the following day. I cannot say if the teller made some mistakes or if it was a glitch in the system, but the client has to be served in the proper manner and not as had happened in that branch, and it was not the first time.

1 /5 Allison Garcia: Horrible customer service. My boyfriend just opened a bank account with them because of a promo we saw online. We went in and Andre Silvera was the one who took care of us. To start the account he told us that we had to deposit $50 and he said we could do it at the window. When it was time to deposit the money he kept insisting it was only cash or check and caught an attitude saying he had said at the beginning that we needed $50 which we knew but he never mentioned it was only through check or cash and was upset because he had to walk us to the window. He apparently put in a ticket for the promotion to be honored but said it wasn’t 100% guaranteed. And to close the account it is $30. Ridiculous. Horrible customer service and attitude on his end. Jessica at the window was very nice though.

2 /5 Mandy Lynn: I stopped by the bank yesterday and tried to use the ATM, but it wasn’t working—and there was no sign saying it was out of order. I went through all the steps, waited forever to get my card back, and then finally got a message on the screen saying it wasn’t dispensing cash. Super frustrating. A simple “out of order” sign could’ve saved me (and probably others) a lot of time. Since the ATM didn’t work, I had to go inside. I do like this bank because it’s close to home and the staff is always nice when I go in, but they’re seriously understaffed. There was only one teller working both the front desk and the drive-thru, which doesn’t seem fair to her or the customers.

1 /5 Rob Arment: I brought a homeowners check here to cash it it was the fourth check hes written me I do work for him this time they took a half an hour to cash my check, but they cannot tell me why. And if you want to be treated rudely this is your bank.Nene has absolutely no manners at the counter.
