We originally agreed the most cost effective route was to add an O ring to make it fit instead of paying for a new bale. As I came in to pick up my pendant today, they were able to enlarge my bale to make it fit perfectly while maintaining the original beauty of the piece for the same cost. Wonderful service and extremely efficient on short notice. I will definitely be returning and recommending to my friends and family!
