Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly, and they always take the time to help me get exactly what I need at great prices. Rob Ferguson Ive taken several pieces here for repair. Theyre awesome. Had a bracelet fixed once and when I got it back it looked so good I thought he gave me a new one. Had the bell on my dragon charm fixed today and its totally unnoticeable. Charged like 10 bucks to solder and better than new.

While Benny popped in a new battery I had a nice chat with his amiable wife Rosie. Theres lots besides watches to window shop if you want to get something different for your jewelry collection or as a gift as well.

They are always welcoming and pleased to see me. It’s definitely a family vibe. I love that they have unique pieces, both new and estate. We received exceptional customer service from the clerk who was running the department, I believe her name was Aaliyah. We usually go to Ulta but now JCPenney might be our new spot. She was spot on with the customer service and the knowledge and time she spent with us on your products.
