I went to this branch and with very professional steps but not any hassle, I was able to withdraw money from a savings account. I back traced my steps the next day and found my wallet in the mgrs office at a store I had visited. The staff at the bank did everything they could to help me with this scary situation. I love Truist. I have been with Suntrust since maybe 2005. They have always been the friendliest and most helpful group of professionals in any business I have known. Back then I was so grateful for any good thing that could happen and they sure did step up and give me that good thing.
