Brendan Tate Most of the bad reviews are people that didnt qualify or didnt like the fact that they were given health insurance for free and needed more. This place is wonderful. The staff may come off a bit stern, but they have to be QUICK and they see SO MANY PEOPLE in a single day. They truly are wonderful people that work there, they are just busy! I will say that there can be long wait times (because, again, tons of people), so I HIGHLY SUGGEST setting an appointment for as early as you can get (I believe around 8AM) so you can get in quick.

Carla Lamb Jackson Hewitt in Crawfordville has handle my taxes for years. The atmosphere is very welcoming and they always have a friendly attitude. Natosha is absolutely phenomenal and always goes above and beyond exceeding all expectations. She has exceptional costumer service. For anyone looking into getting their taxes file I would highly recommend you go see her!
