Before I decided to hire Jason Edwards to manage my investments, I had attended an annual economic outlook brief that Jason provided to a not for profit organization for four years. I was impressed with not only the accuracy of his forecasts but that he always highlighted which sectors of industry would potentially benefit from difficulties in other parts of the economy. Even in the face of serious challenges for the economy in general, he explains why and in in which sectors and industries there are opportunities. Jason clearly explains the impact of new legislation and government regulations on businesses and how that affects the performance of various investment by the incentives or disincentives on business. Jason took into consideration my concerns over the near and midterm term difficulties facing the economy and provided risk limited investments for a portion of my portfolio that made me comfortable. After 15 months the performance has far exceeded the market indices and the risk adjusted benchmarks. There is no substitute for performance and Jasons fixed percentage management fee incentivizes Edwards Financial to deliver strong performance.
