Patrick Dwyer I am and have been a customer with Bank of America for a number of years now. Recently, I needed to conduct in person banking at the Bank of America location, located at 105 N. Congress Ave. in the city of Boynton Beach, Florida. At this location, I met with and spoke to the on-duty bank manager, Andrea Velasco. Miss Velasco was extremely polite and professional at all times during our interaction. Miss Velasco was also very knowledgeable and readily able to assist me with what I thought was a complex banking issue. The entire interaction lasted a short time and with Miss Velasco’s assistance, I was able to complete all of my necessary banking business at that time. Mr AyeLuhDude So every month around the same time I would go through the whole process again.(answering why do I need such a large amount in cash) Which always made me feel uncomfortable.(introvert due to poor hearing) But the reason I would draw it all out was because my card would decline and I’m looking southern, knowing it’s there. So I’d have to call the branch and raise my limit every time I had large payments. So today same thing as usual but, I was blessed to speak with ZENIA(Labelle Branch). Which simply explained that the daily limit increase was only good for 24hrs and all I have to do was sign a form to permanently increase my limit. Something so simple made my day because she understood my frustration and her patience and professionalism towards problem solving is top tier.
