Lamarche Gage Damaris has done my taxes for the past 3years. DAS is very knowledgeable about personal and business and always provides what’s in my best interest. She is very thorough and always gets the job done in a timely manner.

Joel Hynes Definitely my least favorite Truist bank location. Other Truists have always been a positive experience. However, at this one I was told that in order to withdraw a certain amount of cash, I had to wait for a branch manager, who was on lunch for 45 minutes. The teller (Francesca) also sighed and scolded me several times because I didnt want to pay for a cashiers check and was withdrawing cash which "is a hassle". She seemed annoyed that I wanted cash, and then I heard the wait 45 minutes line. I assume based on the reviews that after the wait I would probably be told by the manager that I just couldnt withdraw that today. Truist, do yourselves a favor and close this branch before they give a bad name to the entire brand. Or at the very least, completely overhaul the management and rework the branch culture. Until then, Ill stick with the branches that are better!

Juliana Lockridge Twice now my security has been breached and Ive been charged money... This time its a check, with an old address mind you tho I DIDNT GET ANY CHECKS.. yet so very thankful for Mrs. Milian helping me figure it out, stay calm. She was very attentive, communication A1, resolving it was almost effortless and I am glad this bank helps the "people" it serves

Nicole Helton I have used Amtrust bank for 10+ years and there isn’t an employee who hasn’t been friendly and helpful. Indira Ali is one of the most pleasant people to work with! She is knowledgeable, kind and probably the reason I have stuck with Amtrust for as long as I have.
