1 /5 rodi53: WARNING! Chad Barancyk should be in prison! He, and his partner while they were at OAK Partners in Indiana mismanaged my and my mothers portfolios to yield nearly a $200,000 loss! They bought KBS REITS for IRAs. These CANNOT BE SOLD and have lost the majority of their value. Lehman Bros. - bought at $70,000 and now worth $0. UDF - worth essentially nothing and the company is under FBI investigation. InvenTrust - Lost most of its value. Seadrill - bought at nearly $7,000 and now worth $39. My mothers IRA lost $10,000 in the month of May 2017 alone, and has lost 23% of its value since 1/1/17. All this in a record high stock market. Chad loves to get his big commissions and fees so he will put you into whatever earns HIM the most money regardless of your risk or potential loss. Dealing with Chad Baranzcyk has been the single biggest mistake of my life, and I will never forgive myself for allowing him to swindle my mother too. My father worked all his life to develop a sound portfolio, and in one fell swoop Barancyk & his buddy Fred ruined it. Yeah Chad, you know who I am. I hope you rot in Hell for your crimes.
