5 /5 slack mofo: My experience with Direct auto insurance was as wonderful as I could have hoped, not only were they able to provide me a great rate but my experience as excellent as it was, was largely in part due to how well received I was by the customer service representative who handled my call which happened to be Darby Anderson (I believe that to be her correct name). She was not only kind, professional and patient but she was able to answer any and all of my questions and did so with an incredibly pleasant demeanor throughout the entire process. Darby deserves the highest of commendations, so I can only hope upper management is not only aware of her contributions but that she is recognized as such. Do the right thing by all of your employees who have displayed the level of excellence that Darby seems to have engrained at an instinctual level.
