C Pagan 2 rings / Wedding band set left to be sized down from size 7 to size 6. They did phenomenal work on my rings. You can’t tell the ring was cut at all. They even cleaned & polished my rings for me. I’m completely satisfied with their custom service. They were courteous and professional. Very inviting and I will come back. Many Thanks to your staff. Killian Gilmore This jewelry store is a real gem! Their selection is by far the best you can get from a single store as apposed to chain stores. Chain store jewelry can be “boring” or just common. I purchased a real stunner for my mother’s 70th birthday. The young man who helped me select it was fabulous. Not pushy and never annoyed when I asked to look at like the 100th piece so I could select the perfect one for a perfect mother. Then had to get it sized and that was great also! Can’t wait to purchase more unique pieces!

A friend recommended Chris and Tina at Vocation Jewelry to custom make a ring so it would be exactly what I wanted. As you can see, this beautiful ring is a show stopper! Chris was able to find the perfect aquamarine and utilize some diamonds from a piece I no longer wore. I love it, and get so many compliments! I would strongly recommend paying with cash here and not card; I paid with card as a card-present transaction, and the staff proceeded to write down the CVV2 code for their records, which is highly atypical for contactless transactions, and violates Visas conditions to not request a Card Verification Value 2 (CVV2) from the Cardholder for a Card-Present Environment Transaction (5.4.3.1). Pricing on chains was reasonable enough, and they had a decent selection, even in larger sizes.

Alex Buckley Working with J.R. Dunn was fantastic. We’ve been looking for a one stop jeweler in South Florida that carries all the best lines and can do intricate custom work. Working with Jessica was so easy and we even got to meet the owner! They always treat you how you EXPECT to be treated - complementary snacks, coffee, sparkling water, and how could you miss the Veuve Clicquot. We got the custom engagement ring of our dreams along with an amazing watch - all in time for our big day. We’ve worked with other jewelers in Palm Beach and Boca, but we shall never work with anyone other than J.R. Dunn again. Can’t say enough about the personal touch. So important.
