Bob A This by far is the best jewelry store I have been to. Mike and his staff go above and beyond to take care of their customers. The selection and quality are incredible. We have purchased both watches and jewelry from Mike and have always been treated fairly and without question they never tried to sell us anything. They made sure they knew what we wanted then helped us get it. And the service does not stop with the sale. I purchased a necklace for an anniversary gift for my bride. She absolutely loved it and rarely took it off. We were out of state when we realized there was stone missing. I took a picture and emailed Mike and he told me to mail it to him and he would repair it. I told him we were going to be traveling and he agreed to hold on to it until we were going to be back home in Illinois to mail it. He called to let me know it was repaired and told me to call when we got home. I called and set up a time for him to mail it and to get the cost of the repair and shipping. He told me there was no cost for the repair or shipping. How lucky Orange Park and northeast Florida is to have Mike and his jewelry store. Even though we are out of state there is no question that when we need a jewelry store Mike and Kingsley Jewelry is where we will go.

Meyby Cabrera I called very early in the morning, even before they were open, they answered my call and give me the best service, since I need to fix some jewelry stat, he said yes and did a great job, in half hour my jewelry was ready and like new I do recommend this place.

Richard Bambridge I have an onyx ring that was given to me as a first year anniversary present from my wife many years ago, so its sentimental value is way more than its monetary value. Over the years it has worn seriously thin so I wanted to get it repaired. We took it to our usual jewelry store that quoted a totally disproportionate amount to fix it. I checked out some local recommendations and ended up at Express Jewelry and Hector fixed it, made it look like new all within 30 minutes, at a much better price. See attached photos.
