S C I switched to CWA in October of 2022 after having my investments handled by another large investment firm. I have found CWA to be an excellent fiduciary. Like most firms, they have different portfolios that you can choose from that matches your investment tolerance for risk. I have been very impressed with my financial advisor and the investment team.

Joel Hynes Definitely my least favorite Truist bank location. Other Truists have always been a positive experience. However, at this one I was told that in order to withdraw a certain amount of cash, I had to wait for a branch manager, who was on lunch for 45 minutes. The teller (Francesca) also sighed and scolded me several times because I didnt want to pay for a cashiers check and was withdrawing cash which "is a hassle". She seemed annoyed that I wanted cash, and then I heard the wait 45 minutes line. I assume based on the reviews that after the wait I would probably be told by the manager that I just couldnt withdraw that today. Truist, do yourselves a favor and close this branch before they give a bad name to the entire brand. Or at the very least, completely overhaul the management and rework the branch culture. Until then, Ill stick with the branches that are better!

Joshua Dansereau Not sure why there is 2 other 1 star ratings. Doesnt seem fair that they get blasted for not being able to withdraw after a category 5 hurricane that devastated this area. They actually tried really hard to help after the hurricane and put up mobile banking centers right away, there is still one up in Mexico Beach! That reviewer is being ridiculous. Anyhow, never had any problem with this bank in almost 10 years, always courteous and helpful. Weve had business accounts as well and never a problem. Even better, you get that small town service where they know you by name. 5 stars!

Rhonda Babcock and Palm Bay Road location: The people that work here are very nice. My ONLY complaint for this location is the ATM service. Many of us rely on the convenience of the ATM as we cant get to the bank during their regular operating hours, thats why ATM function is so vitally important for alot of us. I rely ALOT on the "deposit" function. Cant use it 80% of the time though if you get off later from your job. I had a conversation with one of the associates over the phone because it was very frustrating for me after numerous TRIPS trying to make a deposit later in the day. She stated that its because of businesses that do many night deposit "drops" which in turn, shuts down the "cash deposit function". It only allows "check" deposits at this point. One positive about their ATM function is (when its accessible), you can take out quite a bit of money in one transaction and the Lobby opens up for several hours on Saturday.

Matty B I use to paid out to irs every april. Went to Freedom and that stopped. They do a great job. Low flat rate the same for everyone. No fee for extra forms. My return was more than i expected. Screw HR Block. They cost me money. Freedom Financial is the best. Ask for Todd. He handled my famils returns for 15+ years.
