Joanne I went to the office on Beville in south Daytona. The young lady who helped me was amazing! She was very good about explaining the process to me. She did all she could to help me with my situation. I had a cut in my income as my husband passed just 1 month before and was having problems paying my bill. She helped me with a new payment and an opportunity to catch up on my due payments. Would recommend this company to anyone who needs assistance with struggling financially.

Max Power Josh Jimmerson helped me refinance my house. He was there every step of the way, from submitting the proper forms to signing the final paperwork. During the middle of the refi we hit a snag on our loan rate and Josh fought to ensure that our rate was as low as possible. His response time for questions was quick, often on the first call. Mandy Lynn I stopped by the bank yesterday and tried to use the ATM, but it wasn’t working—and there was no sign saying it was out of order. I went through all the steps, waited forever to get my card back, and then finally got a message on the screen saying it wasn’t dispensing cash. Super frustrating. A simple “out of order” sign could’ve saved me (and probably others) a lot of time. Since the ATM didn’t work, I had to go inside. I do like this bank because it’s close to home and the staff is always nice when I go in, but they’re seriously understaffed. There was only one teller working both the front desk and the drive-thru, which doesn’t seem fair to her or the customers.
