1 /5 Pastor Lee: Worst tax experience of my life. Customer service is a terrible. Took me several months to get a return phone call for them to fix a mistake. I refused to pay for this mistake with the ministry taxes, so they just did not submit my personal taxes and did not say a word about it. found that out over 6 months later. 2 years of tax work for the ministry was $3590 and 2 years of personal tax work was $1785. This is after a discount and added finance charges. If you want your taxes messed up, the IRS coming after you for money you dont owe because they filed them wrong, a huge bill for it, and lowsy customer support.....this is the place to go.
