Anna Ocelakova Renata Coll CPA provided valuable assistance with the procedures, documents and filing the appropriate forms necessary to move our existing foreign company from Europe to the U.S.A. She made sure that we are in compliance with the complex federal and state taxing system. She is bilingual , which was very helpful also.
