Adorable Financial Services - Miami (FL)

This Mulch (NoneYa) I have been banking at the I Think Financial, Delaware FORT PIERCE branch for approximately 15 years. I’ve seen it go through many BANK names starting back at Oculina Bank, IBM/SECU, etc.. Everybody with this bank, and this Branch, I have known for years and they are wonderful people. I consider them family. I have used their services in many financial forms, including, but not limited to personal banking, savings, checking, money, markets, CDs, letters of credit, loans, financial investment advisory brokers, as well as business accounts. Wonderful experiences await you. They aim to take care of your needs. I am a firm believer in small banking institutions. This is my primary pick.

Aaron J seiple One man was OK nothing spectacular. Their percentage rates are really high like 35 or something like that. It’s good that they’re local and I can deal with them local but if I was at out of Florida and I was somewhere else, I don’t know how good they would be but definitely percentage rates are way out of.

Tammy Ramos Ivette Was the representative that took care of me today. I am beyond pleased. Unfortunately, I have to admit that I am not very tech smart. This young lady took the time to explain to me, and even show me on my phone Step-by-step the procedure that needed to be done to solve my problem. She made me feel welcomed, and all my questions, or answered without making me feel silly. If you would, please tell her, thank you so very much for making an old person. Not feel so silly.

Jennifer Made an appointment to discuss investments with Bob, we talked for an hour. Gave him all my information to have my rollover IRA transferred to his company to have him manage. Sent over the additional information he needed via email and never heard from him again. I emailed him & called his office twice. His receptionist told me the first time I called that he was out of the office. (Which I took as out for a meeting or something) Then when I called a week later she said he was still out of the office in North Carolina. I told her I wished someone would have told me he was on vacation vs just “out of the office”. She laughed and said “well he has an office there & he should be able to return your emails or call you” I told her how unprofessional this whole situation was. After that I still didn’t hear back. Now after a month if not longer I have emailed Bob yet again to inform him and just have it documented that I do not wish to have him handle my roll over IRA and that I was very disappointed in the lack of professionalism. Of course no email back. Please take your business elsewhere if you want to have someone who is professional and reliable.

Melanie Quail Called to schedule an appointment to revue my upcoming tax return since I had changes in my income. They were able to see same day. Gail explained my options and showed me what to expect for next years filing. Gail is very welcoming and has handled my returns since I moved here. She knows her stuff! H & R Block is lucky to have her representing them.
