1 /5 Jennifer: Made an appointment to discuss investments with Bob, we talked for an hour. Gave him all my information to have my rollover IRA transferred to his company to have him manage. Sent over the additional information he needed via email and never heard from him again. I emailed him & called his office twice. His receptionist told me the first time I called that he was out of the office. (Which I took as out for a meeting or something) Then when I called a week later she said he was still out of the office in North Carolina. I told her I wished someone would have told me he was on vacation vs just “out of the office”. She laughed and said “well he has an office there & he should be able to return your emails or call you” I told her how unprofessional this whole situation was. After that I still didn’t hear back. Now after a month if not longer I have emailed Bob yet again to inform him and just have it documented that I do not wish to have him handle my roll over IRA and that I was very disappointed in the lack of professionalism. Of course no email back. Please take your business elsewhere if you want to have someone who is professional and reliable.
