5 /5 Aaron J seiple: One man was OK nothing spectacular. Their percentage rates are really high like 35 or something like that. It’s good that they’re local and I can deal with them local but if I was at out of Florida and I was somewhere else, I don’t know how good they would be but definitely percentage rates are way out of.

1 /5 Troy: This is the most incompetent company Ive ever dealt with.They sent me a flyer so I filled it out online and less than 10 minutes. I was approved for a $10,000 loan is what it said. I sent them my bank information my drivers license and my income on the website on the 4th of August. After 13 days of the account saying pending under review I emailed the corporate office it told me to call the 1-800 number. I sat there for 30 minutes finally someone answered. And told me that they had the wrong phone number. But they have my email address and the phone number I used to log into the account they made me get when i filled out the application so that wasnt true. She proceeds to tell that I need a cosigner and a car for collateral to even qualify for any loan. I told her it did not say that when I fill the application out anywhere. it said I was approved for $10,000. So being approved by their definition doesnt mean anything. Complete bait and switch. Its been 19 days and I had to call them just to find out they lied to me when I filled out the application. Not one message on their website or one email which they have to even ask me a question or tell me Im denied. Worst company Ive ever dealt with. Thats why theyre being sued I should have looked into them before I filled it out.

1 /5 William Seguin: Literally go anywhere else. Massive waste of my time. Received pre-approval, and approval and then after driving an hour to get to there to sign paperwork. They canceled my appointment, asked for a paystub and then canceled everything. Horrible service and this isnt the first time Ive horrible service with them.

5 /5 Andy Vaspasiano: Currently in the approval process. So far, it has been pretty straight forward. Everytime Ive called, I felt they were being respectful and professional. A few people on here were saying how the branch is unprofessional, but I just havent had that issue. I will update tomorrow after my meeting with them. While itll suck if I all of the suddenly get denied, but long as they arent aholes about it, Ill get over it. Update: so I went in today and was approved for what they said. Everybody there was extremely nice and extremely professional. It makes me wonder that the people who were given them lower stars is because they werent approved. So a lot of it was probably from them being petty. As long as youre respectful to people theyre going to give you respect back. So Im leaving it at 5 stars. They were very detailed and answered every question I had. Rates are a little high but thats our fault for putting ourselves in this position. So thank you one main financial because you just really helped me save a ton of money per month.

1 /5 Destiny Bently-baker: Been paying faithfully for a year, then get a call on my 50th birthday, 4/18/75. Gill, who works there, tells me I have paid in around $800 I can cash out. He just needs to hit my credit. So he did and told me I am approved. All I had to do was send in documents because my income went from 760 a week to 1000 a week. I made sure to do first thing Monday, the 21st. Called in to the office afterwards, and we were told by Sherry that I was not allowed to receive money back. I was asked to do this, now what ??? Crying my eyes out waiting for a call back been an hour now.
